February half term in Surrey this year is 13th February through to 17th February 2023 but we have friends in neighbouring counties who are on half term the following week, 20th February to 24th February. The Brick People Lego Exhibition & Build – 13th and 14th February 2023

Visit and explore the Museum’s 10 acres of woodland and historic buildings, with its collection 30,000 objects of everyday life in the countryside.
Try one of the family trails, ‘Tiny Huts and Homes’ or ‘On the Move’ and visit on Monday 13th February from 10am – 12pm for the brand new Monday Museum Club where you can spend the morning looking at special museum objects from the collection and bringing them to life with crafts and object handling activities.

The Search For Speed – 11th to 19th February 2023

This February Half Term explore the world of flight as you take a step back in time to the early days of aviation when Brooklands pioneered aircraft and pilot training.

There will be Costume Characters, a Build a Paper Aircraft Family Workshop, Pedal Planes and Cars, the Problem-solving ‘Brooklands Pioneers’ Museum Trail, the chance to Hear, See and Smell the magnificent machines plus Concorde Supersonic Walkthroughs.

Although many theme parks are closed, Chessington World of Adventures opens throughout the winter for guests to enjoy their Zootastic Weekends where they can see the animals and gardens. But, things get even more exciting for February half term!

February half term: Houseplant Takeover ‘Deep Sea Dive’ – 11th to 19th February 2023

Visit RHS Garden Wisley this February half term and find yourself in a colourful reef below the surface of the sea. Discover familiar houseplants mixed with other weird and wonderful plants from the Wisley Glasshouse collections, colonising undersea rocks, shipwrecks and treasure chests.

At the time of writing, Godstone Farm and the Rural Life Centre haven’t yet announced their half term activities.

If you want to get outside but you don’t really know where, we love Treasure Trails. It’s an adventure that the whole family can get involved in for less than £10. Leisure centres can be a fantastic place to spend time as a family and they’ve come far over recent times, now having so much more than just swimming pools. Most cinemas have reduced tickets at weekends and in school holidays, a great budget activity that the whole family can enjoy together

With special Odeon Kids screenings of the most spellbinding fairy tales and animated films, grown-ups pay kids’ ticket prices, making it a great value day out for the whole family.

Nove Cinema in Woking have films and events from just £5 each. With classics like A Bug’s Life, Gnomeo and Juliet and Finding Dory plus plenty more choices, all accompanied by a workshop run by The Creation Station after the movie.

Children will be learning drills, match play and taking part in fun competitions. Children will be grouped into their age/ability levels.

Mainly land based bush craft activities. Premier Education have a range of fun and exciting holiday camps to keep children active. Each Holiday Camp features a range of activities and with a choice between a Multi-Activity camp, Multi-Sport camp, Performing Arts camp, or a Sport-Specific camp.

Barracudas don’t seem to have clubs available in Surrey this half term.
