February half term in Hampshire this year is Monday 13th to Friday 17th February 2023. I think it’s the same week as neighbouring counties this year but it’s worth checking as Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire often have different half term holiday dates. February half-term fun detective challenge at the Fort! Calling all junior detectives – Have you got what it takes to solve the ‘Mystery of the Missing Money’?

The story takes place at the time of Queen Victoria’s reign, in the late 1800s, when Fort Nelson was a busy garrison, home to hundreds of soldiers and officers, plus various support staff. Everyone needed to be paid, and once a month a large sum of money was delivered to the Quartermaster in time for payday.  But this month the money has gone missing. Was it stolen and who did it?

PH Camps

Where: Kimpton, Thruxton & Fyfield Primary School, Andover

Ages: 4-14 years
