Keeping the Children Healthy with Omega 3 | AD

Do your children eat enough fish? Is it something you’ve even really thought about? Until recently it wasn’t something we’d given much thought to. The children have a healthy balanced diet with fish once a week or so which I thought was pretty normal but, Omega-3 fatty acids, mainly found in fish, are really important for a child’s development and it’s something I’ve never really made sure the children were getting enough of.
