Everywhere I have looked recently there have been S’mores recipes and I hold my hands up to the fact I didn’t have a clue what they were until I had a google and saw that they were a campfire treat involving some form of biscuit, marshmallow and chocolate – yummy! When we were sent the new Oreo cookie flavours to try and create a recipe with I knew I wanted a bit of S’mores action involved so it was only fitting that I use the lovely new Peanut Butter Oreos to create a Peanut Butter Oreo S’mores Pizza.
Can you vary this dessert pizza recipe?
If you wanted to vary these dessert pizzas recipes you could use Graham Cracker crumbs for an authentic S’mores flavour or add chocolate chips. The melted chocolate will taste wonderful whichever kind you decide to use!
You could also add any other flavours to this Oreo pizza recipe that you wanted. Chocolate chip cookie dough, cream cheese frosting or different flavours of Oreo cookies. Whatever ingredients you use, this Oreo dessert pizza will always be delicious!
I had never made a sweet pizza before and I was a bit dubious about whether a savoury pizza base would work with a sweet topping but then I realised it’s actually just like sweet stuff on toast – so thought I’d give it a whirl. Honestly, this S mores dessert pizza is pretty immense! Dave and I could easily have halved it. Although we had it by itself it would be perfect fresh from the oven and served with vanilla ice cream.
This easy dessert pizza recipe is something delicious the whole family will enjoy and they might even ask for it instead of a savoury pizza in future! You can use a ready made pizza base or even ready made pizza dough. You could use cookie dough however, the recipe would lose it’s amazing pizza quality. Oreo pizzas really are such lovely easy homemade desserts and one you’ll be making again and again.

Peanut Butter Oreos? I didn’t even know they existed!! YUM!
I have never thought about making a sweet pizza until now….This looks so good x
Wow that looks delicious. I must admit I too didn’t know what s’mores were (I thought it was just a fancy name for toasted marshmallows). When we were on holiday a few weeks ago my daughter had a chocolate pizza, complete with all kinds of sweet toppings. Maybe its a new craze x
Oh my goodness this looks just up my street, I love all kinds of rocky road/sundae type sweet things where it’s all gooey and delicious. If I can ever stomach another sweet thing after this challenge I shall give it a go! X
