I’m loving no bake treats this year and our favourite Easter treat is Cadbury Creme Eggs so it made sense to experiment with Creme Eggs and see what we could make! One of our creations was this super simple Cadburys Creme Egg Rocky Road.

Cadbury Creme Egg Rocky Road

Rocky Road is one of my favourite things and it’s so easy to vary the recipe to make seasonal treats like this. Rocky Road is also great for making the with kids because it’s so easy and it really doesn’t matter what it looks like – it’ll taste great!

What ingredients do you need for this Easter Rocky Road recipe?

For this delicious Easter Creme Egg Rocky Road we used the classic chocolate rocky road ingredients of digestive biscuits, chocolate and marshmallows with the added Mini Creme Eggs to give it an Easter twist. You can use full size Creme Eggs too if you wanted but I think the little ones are the perfect size for rocky road.

To make this into a true Cadbury Rocky Road recipe you could use Cadburys chocolate although we always use just cheap milk chocolate and it works and tastes lovely. You could even use leftover Easter Eggs! The choice is yours.
