Cadbury Creme Egg Rocky Road

A classic Rocky Road chocolate treat is one of my favourite things and it’s so easy to vary the recipe to make seasonal treats like this. Easy Rocky Road is also great for making the with kids because it’s so easy and it really doesn’t matter what it looks like – it’ll taste great!

What ingredients do you need for this Easter Rocky Road recipe?

For this delicious Easter Creme Egg Rocky Road slice we used the classic chocolate rocky road ingredients of digestive biscuits, chocolate and marshmallows with the added Mini Creme Eggs to give it an Easter twist. You can use full size Creme Eggs too if you wanted but I think the little ones are the perfect size for our Easter ultimate rocky road. Other Easter chocolate eggs would work well too – anything you feel like really!

Cadbury Creme Egg Rocky Road

To make this into a true Cadbury Rocky Road recipe you could use creamy Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate to create a DAiry Milk Rocky Road with Creme Eggs although we always use just cheap milk chocolate and it works and tastes lovely. You could even use leftover Easter Eggs! The choice is yours.
