Me & Mine {October 2022}

I’m only a week late with this post – but better late than never! We just didn’t take any family photos in October and wanted to wait until we had one.

October was a pretty uneventful month that passed super quickly. It was my birthday near the start and we had a really lovely weekend in Stoke on Trent to mark the occasion.

We stayed in a nice hotel, did a Treasure Trail, saw some of the sights and visited a museum and then walked alpacas on the way home. It was a pretty nice weekend.

We also had a really nice trip to London for a fancy afternoon tea. It was probably the most fancy afternoon tea we have ever had and it was such a nice way to spend time together as a family.

We also had half term in October but that was spent pretty much at home. We all needed some down time and it was nice to just cancel the morning alarms and relax. But, we also decorated Little Man’s room and he’s super happy with his new, dark blue room.

And now it’s November. Nearly the end of the year and I’m not quite sure where 2022 has gone. I hope your October was a good one too.
