Introducing Tizzy Games – A Festive and Ad-Free Game App for Kids!

In Tizzy Games, the first few levels of each game are completely free to play and then you can choose to unlock the full version of each game for a small one time purchase – just 99p per game! Whether using the full version or the initial free levels, there are no adverts in sight! A completely ad-free experience is something that brings me and the children joy – it means they can focus on playing and having fun without constant ad breaks.

The Link 3 Game

The Link 3 game is simple – connect 3 fruits to win! With a gorgeous winter backdrop, you help Tizzy the Elf work through the levels, matching fruits, collecting points and using power ups whilst getting ready for Christmas.

It’s a familiar concept but one that is sure to be enjoyed in the run up to Christmas – connect three or more fruits of the same kind in a row to clear the board and earn points. The levels get more challenging as you progress, needing the children to use all their puzzle solving skills, work strategically and think quickly! It’s fast paced, great fun and full of bright colours and awesome sound effects.

Little Man and I have enjoyed playing Link 3. We’ve been taking it in turns to complete levels or, when he’s really focused on it, I just sit with him and give him a hint when he needs one. He doesn’t really need my help though. At 11 he can happily pick up and play Link 3 but it’s a great way of us spending time together, chatting whilst we play and going on the adventure with Tizzy together. We’re really enjoying it.

The Tizzy Puzzles Game

Tizzy Puzzles is a fantastic puzzle app, where you build Tizzy pictures, creating all sorts of fantastic festive, winter scenes. If your child loves jigsaw puzzles then they will absolutely love this game. So many jigsaws right there at their fingertips!

The game includes a collection of beautifully illustrated puzzles full of wonderful winter scenes, all featuring Tizzy the Elf. It has three different difficulty levels – with the easiest level having the smallest number of puzzle pieces and the number of pieces increasing with each level. This is fantastic as it means that Tizzy Puzzles is perfect for all ages – just choose the right difficulty level and off you go! As their confidence increases children can work up the levels, helping to improve their concentration, patience, and fine motor skills along the way.

Tizzy Games is the perfect app to keep little ones entertained throughout the winter as they start to countdown to Christmas! In the games, kids join Tizzy the Christmas Elf on a quest to help Santa Claus prepare for Christmas with hours of fun and learning. Mainly aimed at kids aged 5 to 8, Little Man at 11 has enjoyed playing Tizzy Games – and I’ve even done a few puzzles myself! It’s great fun for the whole family, and something you can really snuggle up and enjoy together.

Tizzy Games was initially created to free up time for parents to do Christmas prep whilst the children go on their own Christmas adventure with Tizzy. I love this idea and know that all parents could do with a little helping hand over the festive season! It’s nice to have something fun and educational that children can get engrossed in whilst you write Christmas cards or wrap a few gifts.

Limited In App Purchases

Tizzy Games, like many apps, can be downloaded for free. But, unlike other apps, it then has very few in-app purchases. I know from experience that when playing app based games you are often bombarded with messages trying to get you to spend money within the game. Tizzy Games isn’t like this. Far from it.

With Tizzy Games, the initial games are free to play – with ten levels of Link 3 and two free puzzles in Tizzy Puzzles that you can play completely for free. After that it’s just 99p to unlock the rest of the levels in Link 3 or all the puzzles in Tizzy Puzzles.

Alongside this, many games have something you can buy to help within the game. In Tizzy Games there are coins that you earn as the games progress. But, you can buy coins to speed up this process and help with the game. These are just £1.99 for 999 coins – in many other apps they are much more expensive eg £1.99 for 10 coins in Candy Crush!

You can happily just play the game and earn coins as you go but buying extra coins does speed up the game and let you buy things like power ups that add to the excitement. If you want to unlock the full versions of both games it would cost just £1.98 – which is an absolute bargain and great value for money.

The future of Tizzy Games

A great thing about Tizzy Games is that more games will be added to the Tizzy Games library in the future. Tizzy Games are planning more fun and educational games as time goes by – and I can’t wait to see what games they add in the future.
