Siblings {July 2021}

I say this every month but I just don’t know where the weeks are going. Each one blurs into the next and I can’t quite believe that this time next week we’ll be on summer holidays and the children will have another school year under their belts.

This last month has mostly been filled with rain so I’m hoping that the weather brightens up for the summer. But, even with the constant rain there have been some bright spells, and some sunny days. It hasn’t all been bad. But, one thing’s for sure, school runs are much nicer when it’s dry!

This month the children have helped me with a few blogging projects – where most of these photos have come from. With new onesies, perfectly timed for their swimming lessons starting again, and cuddly toys to read and dance with. LP and Little Man love helping with blog work, and love the projects that they can work on together too.

We also went away for a fancy weekend in London where they got to wear fluffy robes and relax. It was a really lovely weekend and one that they’ll be talking about for a long time. We’ve also had a day trip to London and a trip to Kew Gardens too. It’s been a busy month around the rain and one that LP and Little Man have loved.

This month has also seen them discover Roblox and they have immersed themselves in that online world, surrounded by friends from in and out of school. Over the last year their chance to socialise has been reduced massively so it’s lovely to see them finding ways to socialise with their friends – albeit through the medium of modern technology!
