Siblings {February 2024}
Another month of our Siblings project, sharing a little about these two, their relationship and what they’ve been getting up to. The months are flying by and LP and Little Man are growing up so quickly. I can’t keep up.
Like with any siblings, this pair have moments where they don’t like each other much. But, those moments pass quickly. At the moment they very much love each other – and are doing all they can to make each other happy.
LP is crocheting Little Man a cuddly toy, Little Man is helping LP with the Hogwarts Switch game and they are both constantly playing Fortnite and Roblox together. Together, and individually, they are a joy.
Both LP and Little Man have the best sense of humour. They are forever making us, and each other, laugh and they really do say the funniest things. They also have a lovely banter that is growing as they get older – in jokes, little put downs, compliments. It’s so lovely listening to them and the things they come out with.
Little Man is counting down to being at school with LP next year and LP can’t wait either. For now though, they are very much in their routines when it comes to school and then do their own thing outside of school, often side by side.
LP will be doing crochet whilst Little Man sits at the other end of the sofa playing screens and then LP will join him to play. They’ll read together, do chores together and help each other as much as possible. They’re pretty awesome – and I really don’t know how I got this lucky!
