Disclosure: We were sent the featured products for the purpose of this post however all opinions are my own.

I have teamed up with Aldi to work on a few recipes for you to enjoy over the summer – or the rest of the year if you feel like it and my first creations are a couple of Cheesecake Sundaes. These are a really simple dessert to put together and taste great too – and all the ingredients you can find at Aldi.

For these cheesecake sundaes you can use the basic cheesecake mix and add pretty much whatever toppings/flavours you like and they make a great alternative to traditional ice cream sundaes chocolate fudge sundaes and are a fantastic no bake treat that are super easy to make. Here are a couple of my favourites. Both of these recipes create either two really good size desserts or four smaller desserts.

Sundae cheesecake desserts are a great alternative to a traditional ice cream sundae and they have a really moreish quality thanks to the cream cheese and sweet additions. You can pretty much vary these recipes at home however you like to incorporate different sweet treats or fruit options depending on your preferences. You could even top with whipped cream for another level of sheer indulgence!

These are just two cheesecake sundaes that we rustled up quickly. You can make all sorts of cheesecake sundae flavors and the only limite really is your imagination. Any fruit, chocolate candy or confectionary works well well in a sundae like this. Chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, hot fudge sauce, dessicated coconut and peanut butter work really well as toppings.

If you’re looking for more desserts to make, here’s our ice cream cake, baked lemon cheesecake, strawberry vanilla crumble and gooseberry rhubarb crumble. You can see all our recipes to date here.
