Joules Molly Wellies from Cloggs Review
Disclosure: We were sent the featured products for the purpose of this post however all opinions are my own.
I have been looking for wellies for ages. Actually, that’s a bit of a lie. Over the last five years I’ve had a couple of pairs of wellies but they have never fitted very well. You see, the bottom half of my legs – and the top half too – are quite chunky and so traditional wellies just don’t fit. So when Cloggs got in touch I was quite excited about getting some new wellies to review.
You see, Cloggs sell all the big name brands of footwear all under one roof. It’s not just womens footwear either – but mens and childrens too so you can kit out the whole family on the one website. I love saving time like that. So when Cloggs asked if we’d like to review for them I came across the Joules Molly Wellies and knew that they would finally fill that welly shaped gap in my life.
What are the Joules Molly Wellies like?
The Joules Molly Wellies are such a statement of the Joules brand. They come in a beautiful Joules box, beautifully packaged, and are available in such a lovely range of patterns – I chose the typical navy stripe as I have a bit of a blue and white stripe obsession – as well as a couple of stripe Joules tops too!
The wellies are a really good fit and the calf length style makes them wide fitting and perfect for me. They also have a buckle fastening on the side where you can adjust the fit slightly. The Joules Molly Wellies look just like traditional wellies – not overly short and still amazingly practical and they have fitted seamlessly into my life.
I’ve found the Joules Molly Wellies easy to clean, easy to put on and take off and really comfortable to wear. I am now thinking of any excuse to wear them as much as possible!
The Joules Molly Wellies have an RRP of ยฃ34.95
I love wellies, I really couldn’t live without them. I think I’d have to go for full length ones because these wouldn’t cope with my muddy dog walks, they’re really lovely though.

I’ve been tempted by the Joules wellies for a while and these are lovely & sound perfect for my chunky legs!

I have exactly the same problem with wellies I think I need these in my life!
Very pretty! I also have chunky calves and have been looking for some shorter wellies. These looks great. And I am shocked you have chunky calves as you look so slim!
I’m really heavy from my bottom down – legs like tree trunks! People often tell me I hold it well! x
My calves are huge. The only boots I can have are from Duo (or Ted and Muffy as they’re now known) which are by calf width and the only wellies with neoprene I found that fit my calves (plus jeans) are chunky ugly men’s boots. Unfortunately I have a tendency to get mud all up my legs so need longer boots otherwise these ones would be an option. What I really need is someone to make custom fit boots – I’d definitely pay for those given how long mine last me. I was hoping that losing weight might shift a bit on my calf size (my ankles aren’t really chunky although the left one does have a tendency to swell up if I stand too much, after a DVT a few years ago), but I don’t think they’re going to go down another inch. Shame.
I do love the stripy wellies. Very nautical.
These are so cute ๐ I know what you mean about long wellies being too tight, I quite often have same issue with my short legs meaning my calves are lower than the average persons.

They are lovely! Can you tell me the calf width please?
I have the exact same issue with wellies as well, itโs often a struggle for me getting them on and especially off, just so glad now that Joules provided a decent fit for a welly.
