Back to School {The Ordinary Moments}

Welcome back to another week of the Ordinary Moments. If you haven’t joined in before this is a weekly linky that launches every Sunday morning and is open until midnight on the following Saturday. It’s a linky that celebrates any ordinary moments in your life – or the not so ordinary some weeks too. Basically – anything goes. I’ll be sharing and commenting on the posts that are linked up during the week and there’s a badge at the bottom of the post if you’d like to add it to yours too.

Refreshing our Carpets with Carpet Bright UK | AD

*This is a paid post

Have you ever had your carpets cleaned? Until last week I hadn’t – I hadn’t even thought about it. The closest we’d ever got was hiring a carpet cleaner to do a patch of a carpet when we’d spilled something but we had never had a whole area cleaned professionally. When Carpet Bright UK got in touch to introduce us to their carpet cleaning services I wondered why we hadn’t done it sooner!

Totof Tours Ile aux Phare Mauritius Boat Trip

When we booked our holiday to Mauritius we hired a car so that we could explore as much of the island ourselves, saving money by doing self guided tours and excursions. But, we wanted to spend some time at sea too, exploring local islands and snorkelling. We ended up booking a full day boat trip through Totof Tours and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mauritius in the future.

That told me all I had to know – we just had to visit. So we booked to fly to France at the end of the summer holidays to experience Puy du Fou for ourselves.

Disclosure: We were sent the featured products for the purpose of this post however all opinions are my own.

LP and Little Man both loved Peppa Pig for years but where LP has moved on to new interests, Little Man still asks to watch Peppa Pig on the TV and finds the show hilarious, loving George and his dinosaur. So when we were sent Peppa’s Wooden Playhouse to review I knew Little Man would love it – even if he’s probably not the typical Peppa Pig fan.

Del’s Food Truck – Playmobil The Movie Playset Review

Disclosure: We were sent the featured products for the purpose of this post however all opinions are my own.

Little Man has loved Playmobil for years and his appreciation of each Playmobil set has grown as he’s got older. He’s now able to make the sets himself, put the stickers on himself and then play with the sets indefinitely. We went to see Playmobil the Movie recently and the children loved it so when the Del’s Food Truck Playmobil playset from the movie arrived for us to review Little Man was beyond excited.
