Last weekend we stayed at the new Legoland Woodland Village and as part of the experience we were able to enjoy Legoland Adventure Golf at some point during our woodland break.
What is Legoland Adventure Golf?
Legoland Adventure Golf is a new attraction at Legoland Windsor. Situated just outside of the main park gates, it can be enjoyed at an extra cost before or after a trip to Legoland or even as a standalone attraction. Plus, it’s included in all Legoland Woodland Village breaks.
Playing Legoland Adventure Golf
To enjoy Legoland Adventure Golf you simply book a time slot for the number of people who will be playing and then, when you arrive, your tickets are scanned and you get to choose which Legoland Adventure Golf course you would like to enjoy.
There are four courses to choose from and when we visited Legoland Adventure Golf we were told that we were able to have a second round for free, on a different course, after our first one.
The four courses are all really well themed, as you’d expect from a Lego attraction, and you can choose a space course, medieval course, pirate course or Lego City course.
Each of the holes across each course are pretty similar but with different theming and they vary in difficulty – some we did in one or two shots and others it took us 7 or 8! Each course has 9 holes in total.
We were given scorecards to keep track of our points and the children loved the competitive nature of playing crazy golf. At the end of each course your balls are retained and you can hand your golf clubs back in to the reception.
The Legoland Adventure Golf also has plenty of merchandise available to buy and a cafe area where you can relax with drinks or snacks during your visit. There are also lovely toilets on site too.
Legoland Adventure Golf during a Legoland short break
When you book a Legoland short break at the Woodland Village you are given complimentary Adventure Golf access, and simply need to book when you’d like to play. This is a lovely addition to the break and something we really enjoyed.
If you’re staying at the Legoland Hotel, the Lego Castle Hotel or at one of the Legoland partner hotels you receive exclusive discounts on a game of Legoland Adventure Golf which are emailed to you ahead of your arrival.
Legoland Adventure Golf costs as little as £6 per person if booking an after school slot, or £10 per person if booking in advance for pretty much any standard slot. We were there about an hour and really enjoyed the experience.
You can find out more about Legoland Adventure Golf over on their website and see a Reel of our experience over on Instagram here.
