Peanut Butter Cup Blondies Recipe
I recently found myself on the Green and Blacks website and came across their Peanut Butter and Chocolate Blondies recipe and decided to give it a little twist to include Peanut Butter Cups – and no white chocolate. I added 4 halved Peanut Butter Cups to this recipe but in the end the portion size was huge giving half a Peanut Butter Cup per person. Next time I think I’d use the little Peanut Butter Cups and put one per portion – making 16 Peanut Butter Cup Blondies.
This easy chocolate peanut butter blondie recipe is just the sort of thing to enjoy with your family on a weekend. It’s such a simple bake that the children love and it goes a really long way too. I’ve even had it as dessert with custard!
