Me & Mine {March 2015}
This month has been a really lovely month with a couple of really nice family days out and quality family time. The weather has also been quite nice on the whole and it really feels like spring is springing! March isn’t usually a very exciting month for us – not much ever happens in March, but it does feel like the start of the rest of the year.
It’s now Easter holidays and we have the pleasure of LP at home with us for two weeks, no school runs and just lovely time with the kids. I don’t think I fully appreciated all the family time we had until LP started preschool and now I look forward to the holidays all the way through the term. It’s strange to think that LP now has just one more term of preschool before she starts actual school and we’ll be finding out what school she’ll be going to very soon too.
This month’s photos were taken on a Mothers Day visit to Gunwharf Quays where the sun wasn’t shining, it was windy and overcast but it was lovely all the same.
I feel the same about school holidays. I’m glad our little man loves preschool, but I do look forward to the holidays when the pace of life slow down a bit and we can enjoy proper time together.

It does look a bit windy! Lovely photos though and I’m glad you’ve had a nice month. I’ve got two more days of school to go but can’t wait to enjoy the holidays and some family time too.
How did you find Gunwharf Quays? Considering it’s only in the next county to me, I’ve never been!

We love it! Not a huge amount for kids to do but if they’re happy looking at boats, shopping and eating then it’s a great day out! x
Gunwhalf is about 25 min drive from me! You should take a visit to the Portsmouth historic dockyard next door, great day out for the kids.
Great family photos. I wish our March had been quiet we haven’t stopped! It’s our last week of Ethan time before he starts school and we have to do the school runs etc. I’m really scared about the change. I hope you get the school of choice and have had lots of Easter fun together x
