Me & Mine {July 2023}

Another month gone by in a blur. This month has seen us start the summer holidays and we’re all loving a little bit more time together – even though it’s a constant juggle of work, time together, time with friends, days out and life admin.

This month we had a really lovely weekend away in Kent where we had down time, went swimming and visited Port Lympne for the first time since pre-kids. We also had a really nice day at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and an evening out at ABBA Voyage which was nothing short of epic.

Also this month we said goodbye to our furry friend, Leia, which has been hard on all of us. We’ve tried to not let it overshadow our lives but I know I am finding it hard right now. It’s such a change after 16+ years with her by our sides.

But, Leia aside, we’re looking forward to the rest of the summer holidays – and going away for a couple of weeks too.
