Living Arrows – 43/52

This week has been a pretty special week – not because we have spent the weekend doing anything amazing but because for once I wasn’t working Saturday and so Dave, the kids and I had the whole weekend together and it’s something we were looking forward to throughout the week.

This week’s photos were taken on Saturday, on our trip up to London. We went to a very special party at the Tower of London and afterwards it started to rain, so the children went in the pushchair and we went for a walk along the Thames. Just as we got to Tower Bridge Little Man fell asleep, clutching his party balloon.

Whilst Little Man slept we stopped at a coffee shop to pass some time and warm up and LP had her very first hot chocolate in a takeaway cup – a milestone in any four year old’s life. I love this photo and her party face paint just adds to it. My beautiful butterfly!

  1. Aww what a cute photograph of T, I love it when they’ve had so much fun they just fall asleep still holding onto their most treasured item at the time.

A is such a gorgeous girl, love the face paint. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend xx #LivingArrows

  2. That’s a lovely photo of LP. She obviously loves having her face painted – N’s only ever once had his face painted, and that was by me. We love going up to London, although just the travel is insane costs – we tend to get there a couple of times a year.
