Living Arrows – 39/52

Here we are again – another week of Living Arrows! If you haven’t joined in before, Living Arrows is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took itโ€™s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, โ€œYou are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forthโ€ and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

My Little Wildlings

This week’s photos were taken in moments of relaxation. Little Man started preschool on Monday and each day when we have collected him at lunchtime he’s been exhausted. This is a classic half eaten lunch, laying on the floor for the afternoon pose.

LP on the other hand, has spent moments of the week sunbathing. I know, it’s September, the sun has been in hiding for most of the week but that didn’t put her off. She happily sunbathed in the garden, complete with sunglasses – and tiara!

I’m really looking forward to reading your posts this week – thanks for taking the time to link up! This really is such a big part of my blogging week and I love that so many people stop by each week.

  1. I love LP’s sunbathing – she’s so cool! I occasionally think it will be a good idea to let Toby have a carpet picnic but in reality he just keeps wandering off and doesn’t actually eat anything!
