Living Arrows – 16/52

Welcome back to another week of Living Arrows! If you haven’t joined in before, Living Arrows is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

Very Much So

This week’s pictures were both taken over the weekend at Alton Towers. The children, and us, had such a great time and it was lovely to have the best part of three days as a family. It really doesn’t happen often.

Little Man’s photo was taken queuing for a ride and he was being funny, pulling faces and sticking his tongue out at me. He’s had a hard time this weekend with his back teeth coming through but he still managed to entertain us throughout!

LP’s photo was taken when we were having lunch after swimming. She had so much confidence in the water and has grown so much physically and in confidence since our last swimming holiday. As always, we are just so proud of her.
