Living Arrows – 38/52 {2017}

Welcome back to another week of Living Arrows. I am loving how many people have decided to make Living Arrows a part of their blogging routine for 2017, it is so lovely to have you all here.

If you haven’t joined in with Living Arrows before it’s is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

Also – something new here, I will be trying to resurrect the Living Arrows Instagram account! So, use #LivingArrows on Instagram and follow @LivingArrows_ and then I will share my favourite images each week – I’ll probably try and do one a day but we’ll see how I go! I’ll probably feature the previous week’s images the following week. Anyway, follow and use the hashtag and we’ll see what happens!

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

Here are a few of my favourite photos from last week:

Very Much So

Hannah Tasker

White Camellias

This week’s photo where taken at bath time. They’re actually for a collaboration but I always love bath photos because of how natural the children look – and it’s one of their favourite times too.

Little Man is looking so grown up at the moment. He had a hair cut last weekend and I’ve noticed he’s getting heavier and his clothes are getting smaller – I sometimes wish I could pause the clock just for a while and hold on to him just as he is right now.

LP is so fun at the moment. She’s cheeky, funny and just lovely to be around. Her character comes out in pretty much everything she does and I love spending time with her.

I’m really looking forward to reading your posts this week. If you link up make sure to go and read some of the other posts and I’ll be commenting and sharing them through the course of the week. Thanks so much for taking part!

  1. Ahh if only we could stop that clock, childhood is so fleeting. That’s why I love this linky so much because it catches those little moments and memories, it will be lovely to look back in years to come. Little man & LP look like they are having lots of fun in the bath. Have a lovely week x

  2. Lovely choices. No bathtime pics here – N only does showers, or in the bath while the OH showers. But it’s certainly one of N’s favourite times of the day

  3. Thank you so much for featuring my photo! I’m trying so hard to keep at these weekly pictures as I just love looking back at them. I’m also very jealous of your bath time photos as I can never get near the bath with my camera as both of my girls are splashers!
