Living Arrows – 38/53 {2018}

Welcome back to another week of Living Arrows. I loved seeing everyone link up last week – and cannot wait to see the children grow through 2018.

If you haven’t joined in with Living Arrows before it’s is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

Here are a few of my favourite photos from last week:

Pondering Parenthood

Chic Geek Diary

Toby Goes Bananas

This week’s photos aren’t the best – they’re taken in artificial light, in motion, indoors. But, they capture the moment and I love them. We went to a local gym centre after school one day last week and the children loved it – these photos sum it up really.

I’m really looking forward to reading your posts this week. If you link up make sure to go and read some of the other posts and I’ll be commenting and sharing them through the course of the week. Thanks so much for taking part!

  1. I love the shots you’ve captured of LP and Little Man, it looks like they had lots of fun. I must look if we have anything similar local to us as Daisy and Jake would love jumping around. Have a fabulous week ! x

  2. Thank you for featuring my picture 🙂 Your two look like they’re having a great time – I’ve always wanted to jump into one of those foam pits! Lovely to see you again this weekend x

  3. It looks like they had fun at the gym, we took the kids to soft play and it was all artificial lighting so I didn’t bother to take any pictures – well done for giving it a go!

  4. I’ve said the same about my photo this week. Not perfect but perfectly capturing childhood and I think it’s important to try and remember that. It’s so easy to get caught up in ‘perfect’ especially with social media selling us ‘perfect’ everyday!
