Living Arrows – 30/52 {2019}

Welcome back to another week of Living Arrows – and thanks to everyone who linked up last week. I love this project and it’s so nice getting to know the families that participate in Living Arrows each week and this year it looks like a really lovely mix of old and new faces.

If you haven’t joined in with Living Arrows before it’s is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, â€śYou are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs. As a little tip, I only really feature landscape photos – and very occasionally square photos.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

Here are a few of my favourite photos from last week:

This week’s photos were taken on a quick trip to the park after the children’s last full day of school. Both LP and Little Man love the park and even just going for half an hour makes them so happy.

I’m really looking forward to reading your posts this week and seeing the photos you share. We’re away for a couple of weeks so bare with me with the sharing/commenting but normal service will resume shortly. Thanks so much for taking part – see you again next week!

  1. Hello sweet Donna, Thanks for choosing my pic to feature again. I’m very grateful especially after my long absence here. I’m grateful to catch up and continue to post.

    I miss the days of going to a park. Sometimes I can still convince Lily and her friends to go to the park and go on the swings but it is getting more and more rare. How I wish I could take time back.

    As ever, I always feel inspired by your blog and IG. Please keep doing what you’re doing. You’re the best.
    xo, Jen

  2. We’re loving parks at the moment too – for a while the boys were scared of everything and they weren’t much fun but they’ve got their confidence back now so they can really enjoy them again. Hope you’re loving your holiday – it looks amazing from what I’ve seen on Stories!
