Living Arrows – 27/53 {2018}

Welcome back to another week of Living Arrows. I loved seeing everyone link up last week – and cannot wait to see the children grow through the rest of the year.

If you haven’t joined in with Living Arrows before it’s is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

Here are a few of my favourite photos from last week:

This week’s photos were taken over the weekend at the Wild Place Project in Bristol. We had such a nice day out and it’s somewhere we would definitely go again. LP loved the natural play areas in the forest – especially practicing her monkey impressions.

Little Man’s favourite bit was collecting stamps as we went round – it really is the simple things with him. Whenever we go anywhere we have to collect all the stamps – even if it means walking the whole way round a second time.

I’m really looking forward to reading your posts this week. If you link up make sure to go and read some of the other posts and I’ll be commenting and sharing them through the course of the week. Thanks so much for taking part!

  1. Wild Place looks brilliant, I’ve been looking around locally for places like this. LP does a great monkey impression an little man looks determined with his stamping. Have a fun week x

  2. This looks like a fun place to visit! I’m sure this sort of place would be great when Iris gets a bit older but for now it will have to be Daddy doing the monkey impressions!

  3. I feel like I’m missing out on something, I don’t know what the stamps are! Sounds like something my 2 would enjoy though, and if there are a set amount to get somewhere I think they’d be quite insistent on getting them all! x

  4. I think that’s lovely that little man wants to take part in the stamping. Only Teddy seems to take part in things like that in ur family and I also love that about him.
