Throughout the year I seem to be on a constant fitness and weight loss journey rollercoaster where I’m on a mission to be as fit and healthy as I can be for our summer holiday and after that I have six months of indulgence before the spiral starts again and I long to lose weight.

A Diet Update

Just over a month ago I decided to be healthier. This was about not only dieting but exercising more and trying to drink more water – something I am still awful at. I did two weeks of Slim Fast and since then I haven’t updated my progress with healthiness – not because I have fallen off the wagon or anything but because I wanted to focus on dieting less, make it a part of my day to day lifestyle and something natural not something I obsessed over. Because of this it has been a couple of weeks since I last updated on my weight loss and how my healthy living is going in general but I think from now on I’ll be updating every few weeks or once a month as it will fit in with my life better.

Another Week of Healthy Living

If you’re a regular reader you’ll know that I have now spent the last two weeks following the #SlimFastChallenge. I’ll be writing up about that in more detail in a few days but for now I’ll give a mini update. This week was a lot easier than the first week. I think my body had got used to the change in my diet and so I could deal with the types and amounts of food I could eat a lot better. I had less hungry times and enjoyed the Slim Fast plan a lot more this week – so much so that I am considering doing it going forward just on a looser basis.
