Living Arrows – 35/53 {2018}

Welcome back to another week of Living Arrows. I loved seeing everyone link up last week – and cannot wait to see the children grow through 2018.

If you haven’t joined in with Living Arrows before it’s is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

Here are a few of my favourite photos from last week:

My Sentimental Jamboree

Dear Bear and Beany

White Camellias

We’re in Florida at the moment so these photos were taken at the Disney parks. The children are having such a great time and with thanks to fast passes (that come included in the standard ticket price) and the Disney app, we haven’t spent much time queueing at all. But, we have still walked so much each day that we’ve made sure we’ve had plenty of snack and drink stops. I love this photo of LP, with a frozen lemonade that came with a souvenir straw. Never has a drink been so exciting!

At our first Disney Park Little Man insisted on a Mickey shaped ice cream – and was so chuffed! Especially because it was the size of his head. He didn’t eat it all – it fell off the stick before he could finish it – so he hasn’t had another one since. But, I think this is the happiest he has ever been with an ice cream.

I’m really looking forward to reading your posts this week. If you link up make sure to go and read some of the other posts and I’ll be commenting and sharing them through the course of the week. Thanks so much for taking part!
