Living Arrows – 23/52 {2020}
Welcome back to another week of Living Arrows! I love this project, I’ve been doing it for so many years now and it’s always nice seeing who links up and watching children and families grow throughout the year.
If you havenโt joined in with Living Arrows before itโs is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took itโs name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, โYou are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forthโ and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.
Each week I share two pictures from our week โ one of each of our children โ but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week Iโll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the ownerโs blogs. As a little tip, I only really feature landscape photos โ and very occasionally square photos and I’ll never feature the same blogger’s photos two weeks in a row.
So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!
Here are a few of my favourite photos from last week:
This week’s photos were just taken at home over the weekend. Little Man’s hair is now in need of a cut but he quite likes shaking it out of his eyes!
And LP is happiest with her head in a book as always. We’ve had quite a long weekend with us all still exhausted from the week. I think lockdown has just caught up with us.
I’m really looking forward to reading your posts this week and seeing the photos you share. If you link up make sure to go and read some of the other posts and I’ll be commenting and sharing them through the course of the week. Thanks so much for taking part – see you again next week!
Little J needs a hair cut too. It’s start to curl inwards towards his ears and it’s driving him mad. Hopefully it won’t be too long before he can get a cut.

It’s so lovely to see pictures of your little ones reading – fiction is a wonderful escape.
I managed to butcher Jackson’s hair several weeks ago. Thank goodness it’s grown back in quite a bit. I love that Athena is into reading. You have set such a good example for her.
Thank you so much for including our photo. LP looks so relaxed there reading her book! x
Troy and Teddy have matching haircuts. I’m contemplating a little trim off his fringe and that’s it! #livingarrows
No! Ha! x
One thing that I’ve been quite glad about during all this is that I always cut the boys’ hair myself anyway! We’re definitely feeling the lockdown fatigue over here too.
