Living Arrows – 12/53 {2018}

Welcome back to another week of Living Arrows. I loved seeing everyone link up last week – and cannot wait to see the children grow through 2018.

If you haven’t joined in with Living Arrows before it’s is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, β€œYou are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

Here are a few of my favourite photos from last week:

This week’s photos aren’t our typical photos. I’m finding at the moment that it’s so hard to take photos of the children around school hours and when I do take photos of them they are both together – which is great for Siblings photos but not as great for Living Arrows!

So this week’s photos were taken by Dave when the children were messing around in the hotel bath on Saturday night. Pretty standard family photos!

I’m really looking forward to reading your posts this week. If you link up make sure to go and read some of the other posts and I’ll be commenting and sharing them through the course of the week. Thanks so much for taking part!

  1. I have the same problem with trying to take photos outside of school hours! Mine tend to be at the weekend but with this weather lately, they are always indoor shots! Bathtime bubbles are the best though! x

  2. I’m having exactly the same problem here. I try catching them when i can but it’s increasingly hard. Love the bath photos. That’s the one place where I know I will always get good photos of them having fun πŸ™‚ x

  3. I know what you mean about finding it hard to get photos – most of mine are snatched at the weekend these days. I love the bath photos though – so sweet!
