Living Arrows – 17/52
Here we are with another week of Living Arrows! If you haven’t joined in before, Living Arrows is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took itโs name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, โYou are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forthโ and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.
Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.
So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!
Here are a few of my favourite photos from last week.
Dear Bear and Beany
Sophie & Lily
White Camellias
This week has been so busy. As we were away last weekend we have been playing catch up with housework and blog work as well as having the school run, work and everything else. This meant that on Saturday, after I finished work, the children and I had lots of baking and crafts to do – not a bad way to spend an afternoon!
Little Man’s picture was taken after we’d finished making gingerbread stars. He was so excited that he got to eat one on a stick and loved that he’d made them himself too – along with his sister.
This week was a big milestone for LP – she had her very first school disco. She had been talking about it all week and as it was straight after school she took a bag of clothes with her to get changed into. I took a photo of her before school that day to mark the occasion and she looks so much bigger than she did when she started school back in September.
I look forward to reading all your posts and seeing all your photos of childhood this week. Thanks for reading – and linking up! Have a wonderful week, whatever you get up to!

Ah my little Holly, thank you for featuring my picture ๐ I love little man’s picture you can see how happy he is and they do look good enough to eat. First school disco such a big girl, it’s when things like that happen that you realise how much they are growing up. Thanks for hosting x
