Slow Cooker Vegan Fudge

This is a great vegan slow cooker fudge option for people that can’t have fudge with milk in it. Using vegan condensed milk and free from chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 397 ml Carnation Vegan Condensed Milk
  • 200 g dairy free/vegan milk chocolate - can be bars or chocolate chips
  • 300 g dairy free/vegan white chocolate – can be bars or chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the condensed milk.
  • Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes.
  • When completely melted, thick and well combined, pour the fudge mixture into a tin lined with parchment paper or silicone baking tray and put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
