Nutella Rocky Road Recipe

One of our family’s favourite sweet treats is rocky road. You can’t go wrong with a big slab of rocky road with melted chocolate and pretty much anything you have in the cupboard. But, our latest creation is a no bake Nutella rocky road, full of chocolatey, nutty flavour and perfect for any Nutella fan.

Ingredients

  • 300 g milk chocolate can be bars or milk chocolate chips
  • 200 g Nutella
  • 100 g mini marshmallows
  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 150 g digestive biscuits broken into pieces

Instructions

  • Break up the chocolate bars into small pieces and put it in a large glass bowl with the Nutella
  • Melt using the glass bowl over simmering water or in the microwave using short blasts and stirring regularly.
  • Once melted, leave to cool slightly for 5-10 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the biscuit pieces with the nuts and marshmallows.
  • Pour in the melted chocolate and stir well.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into cake tin or brownie pan lined with baking paper or parchment paper.
  • Put in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours.
  • Slice and serve.
