One of our family’s favourite sweet treats is rocky road. You can’t go wrong with a big slab of rocky road with melted chocolate and pretty much anything you have in the cupboard.
But, our latest creation is a no bake Nutella rocky road, full of chocolatey, nutty flavour and perfect for any Nutella fan.

Ingredients
300gmilk chocolatecan be bars or milk chocolate chips
200gNutella
100gmini marshmallows
100ghazelnuts
150gdigestive biscuitsbroken into pieces
Instructions
Break up the chocolate bars into small pieces and put it in a large glass bowl with the Nutella
Melt using the glass bowl over simmering water or in the microwave using short blasts and stirring regularly.
Once melted, leave to cool slightly for 5-10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the biscuit pieces with the nuts and marshmallows.
Pour in the melted chocolate and stir well.
Pour the chocolate mixture into cake tin or brownie pan lined with baking paper or parchment paper.
Put in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours.
Slice and serve.
