This no bake Biscoff rocky road is perfect for any Biscoff fan. Full of that glorious Biscoff cookie butter flavour, it’s an indulgent treat that makes a nice change from traditional milk chocolate rocky roads.

Ingredients
300gWhite Chocolate
150gLotus Biscoff Spread
100gMini Marshmallows
150gLotus Biscoff Biscuitsbroken into pieces
Instructions
Break up the chocolate bars into small pieces and put it in a large glass mixing bowl with the Biscoff Spread
Melt using the glass bowl over simmering water or in the microwave using short blasts and stirring regularly.
Once melted, leave to cool slightly for 5-10 minutes.
In a separate large bowl, mix the biscuit pieces with the marshmallows.
Pour in the melted chocolate and stir well.
Pour the chocolate mixture into a lined cake tin or brownie pan.
Put in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours.
Slice and serve.
