85gbutter or margarine at room temperature

3eggsbeaten
3bananasmashed
150gLotus Biscoff spread
Topping
40gLotus Biscuitscrushed
Instructions
Grease a loaf tin or line with a cake tin liner and preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5
Put all the ingredients, aside from the topping, in a large mixing bowl
Mix everything together and pour the finished cake batter into the loaf tin
Sprinkle the crushed Lotus biscuits on top
Bake for 55 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
