Homemade Nachos
Nachos are so simple to make and a great side dish or meal when you fancy something different.

- 200 g Tortilla chips
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 125 g Cheddar cheese grated
- 300 g Salsa
Preheat the oven 200C/400F/Gas 6
Pour the tortilla chips into an ovenproof dish.
Pour over the salsa and tear the mozzarella ball apart. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the top of the salsa and then add grated cheddar cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top
