I love baking with Lotus Biscoff spread. It’s something we use all the time in the kitchen and our latest bake is a Chocolate Biscoff Cake. Rich, full of flavour and a lovely sweet treat whenever you need one.

Ingredients
230glight brown sugar
200gself raising flour
50gcocoa powder
220gunsalted butter or margarine
3large eggs
100gLotus Biscoff Spread
Topping
Biscoff SpreadMelted
Lotus Biscoff biscuitsCrushed
Instructions
Preheat oven at 160C/300F/Gas 2
Cream together the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
Pour the cake batter mixture into a lined/greased loaf tin and bake in the middle of the oven for 50-60 minutes until brown on the top and a skewer comes out clean. Leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
Drizzle with the melted Biscoff spread and scatter the crushed Lotus biscuits on top. Slice and serve.
