Living Arrows – 27/52

I hope you have all had a lovely week. Here we are with another week of Living Arrows! If you haven’t joined in before, Living Arrows is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took itโ€™s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, โ€œYou are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forthโ€ and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

This week’s photos were taken on a day out yesterday. Little Man is getting braver and braver – just as he’s getting bigger and bigger. He loves to climb on things and managed to balance his way along these blocks, before needing a hand to hold at the end.

LP will do anything for ice cream – always strawberry. So at the end of our day out we stopped for ice cream and sat on the grass watching a choir singing. She focused constantly on eating the ice cream but still remembered to clap after each song.

  1. Aww he is getting big – bless him! And LP is SO much like my daughter – anything for ice cream. In fact, she might take after me with that ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks for hosting lovely! x x

  2. It’s so lovely watching them grow in confidence, Kyle was climber but Finlay was much more cautious. My sister would do anything for ice cream as a child, she was so easy to bribe! xx

  3. I know I say it every week but LM is looking so big these days! And LP is definitely a girl after my own heart – I’d do pretty much anything for ice cream too ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks for featuring me this week too x

  4. I love the photographs. Photographing children can be challenging. It is also good to look back and watch them grow through the photographs we take.

    Thanks for Sharing
