Turkey, Sweetcorn and Bacon Pie
This is a great recipe to use leftover turkey and it's so simple to make as well. The whole family will love it.

- 600 g potatoes boiled and made into mash
- 500 g leftover turkey cut into chunks
- 4 bacon rashers chopped
- 200 g sweetcorn – frozen or canned
- 150 g soft cheese – we used Primula
- 150 ml chicken stock
Preheat the oven 200C/400F/Gas 6
Heat a non stick pan and fry the bacon until browned. Add the turkey and sweetcorn.
Put the mixture into dishes – either one large family dish or individual dishes.
Mix the soft cheese and stock until it resembles a sauce and add to the dishes.
Spoon the mash on top and level out.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
