Slow Cooker Turkish Delight Fudge
A fantastic fudge flavour for any Turkish Delight fan. Made simply with Fry's Turkish Delight bars, condensed milk and milk chocolate.

- 397 ml condensed milk
- 4 Fry’s Turkish Delight bars (roughly 200g) – cut into squares
- 300 g milk chocolate – can be bars or milk chocolate chips
To decorate:
- 2 Fry’s Turkish Delight bars (roughly 100g) – cut into squares
Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the condensed milk and turkish delight.
Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes with a wooden spoon.
When thick and well combined, pour the fudge mixture into a tin lined with parchment paper / baking paper or a silicone baking tray.
Add the turkish delight chunks to the top and put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
