Slow Cooker Turkish Delight Fudge

A fantastic fudge flavour for any Turkish Delight fan. Made simply with Fry's Turkish Delight bars, condensed milk and milk chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 397 ml condensed milk
  • 4 Fry’s Turkish Delight bars (roughly 200g) – cut into squares
  • 300 g milk chocolate – can be bars or milk chocolate chips

To decorate:

  • 2 Fry’s Turkish Delight bars (roughly 100g) – cut into squares

Instructions

  • Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the condensed milk and turkish delight.
  • Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes with a wooden spoon.
  • When thick and well combined, pour the fudge mixture into a tin lined with parchment paper / baking paper or a silicone baking tray.
  • Add the turkish delight chunks to the top and put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
