This Rolo Fudge has just three ingredients and couldn't be easier to make. It's so rich and creamy, full of that gorgeous Rolo flavour. Utterly delicious!

397mlcondensed milk
300gRolos
200gmilk chocolate
100gMini Rolos

Instructions
Break the chocolate up into pieces and add to the slow cooker bowl with the sweetened condensed milk and Rolos.
Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes.
When melted, thick and well combined, quickly stir in 100g Mini Rolos. These can be put in the freezer for a while beforehand if you prefer to take your time!
Pour the fudge mixture into a tin lined with parchment paper or silicone baking tray.
Top with the Mini Rolos and put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
