Slow Cooker Picnic Fudge Recipe

This fudge has all the ingredients that make Picnic bars such a great treat - fantastic texture, amazing taste. It's a recipe really worth making!

Ingredients

  • 397 ml condensed milk
  • 400 g Picnic bars cut into chunks
  • 200 g milk chocolate broken into pieces

Instructions

  • Put the Picnic pieces and milk chocolate into the slow cooker bowl with the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes with a wooden spoon until thick and well combined.
  • Meanwhile, line a tin or baking pan lined with parchment paper / baking paper or get a silicone baking tray.
  • Pour the fudge mixture in the tray and put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
