This fudge is a twist on our classic white chocolate fudge and you can easily make it without candy canes, creating a simple but tasty peppermint fudge instead. It’s great to have as a Christmas dessert, to bag up and give as gifts or just to keep in the fridge to have as a sweet treat over the festive season.

Instructions
Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
Crush up the candy canes and add them to the slow cooker pot. We used a food processor to turn them into really small pieces, almost dust!
Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes.
When thick and well combined, pour into a lined tin or silicone baking tray, add more crushed candy canes, and put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
