This Nutella Fudge tastes just like Nutella - rich and smooth with that distinct nutty chocolate flavour. It's so good, everyone loves it.

Ingredients
397mlcondensed milk
300gmilk chocolate – can be bars or sweet chocolate chips
200gNutella
Instructions
Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the sweetened condensed milk and Nutella.
Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes with a wooden spoon.
When thick and well combined, pour into a tin or baking pan lined with parchment paper / baking paper or a silicone baking tray and top with the extra chocolates.
Put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
