Slow Cooker Mint Aero Fudge

Mint chocolate is an absolute classic flavour and whenever I think of mint chocolate I think of Mint Aero. I thought it would be good to create a Mint Aero slow cooker fudge full of that great minty flavour.

Ingredients

  • 397 ml tin condensed milk
  • 200 g Mint Aero chocolate – can be bars or Aero Bubbles
  • 200 g milk chocolate – can be bars or sweet milk chocolate chips

To decorate

  • 50 g Aero Bubbles

Instructions

  • Break the chocolate up into pieces and add to the slow cooker bowl with the sweetened condensed milk
  • Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 30-40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes.
  • When melted, thick and well combined, pour into a tin lined with parchment paper, baking paper or silicone baking tray.
  • Add the Aero Bubbles to the top, pressing down slightly and put the tray in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
