Slow Cooker Matchmakers Fudge Recipe

Our latest creation is a festive Matchmakers Fudge which is absolutely delicious and great to share over the festive season.

Ingredients

  • 450 g Mint Matchmakers 4 boxes
  • 397 ml condensed milk

Instructions

  • Break 400g Matchmakers in half and add to the slow cooker bowl with the condensed milk.
  • Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring constantly, every ten minutes or so.
  • When melted, thick and well combined, remove from the heat and pour the fudge mixture into a baking tin lined with parchment paper or silicone baking tray.
  • Break the rest of the Matchmakers up and add to the top of the fudge. If you have too many feel free to eat them!
  • Put in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
