Slow Cooker Fruit and Nut Fudge

This Fruit and Nut Fudge is easy to make and tastes delicious. If you love fruit and nut chocolate, with that wonderful texture, you have to make this. You won't be able to get enough of it!

Ingredients

  • 397 ml condensed milk
  • 400 g milk chocolate – can be bars or sweet chocolate chips
  • 150 g dried fruit and nuts

Instructions

  • Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the condensed milk.
  • Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes with a wooden spoon.
  • When thick and well combined, stir in the fruit and nuts
  • Pour into a tin lined with parchment paper / baking paper or a silicone baking tray and put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
