Slow Cooker Ferrero Rocher Fudge

This Ferrero Rocher Fudge is perfect for any Nutella or Ferrero Rocher fan. Rich and creamy, with that distinct nutty flavour. It's delicious!

Ingredients

  • 397 ml condensed milk
  • 300 g milk chocolate – can be bars or sweet chocolate chips
  • 200 g Nutella
  • 200 g Ferrero Rocher

Instructions

  • Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the sweetened condensed milk and Nutella.
  • Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes with a wooden spoon until thick and well combined.
  • Meanwhile, line a tin or baking pan lined with parchment paper / baking paper or get a silicone baking tray. Pour half the fudge mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Top with half the Ferrero Rocher.
  • Pour the other half of the fudge over the top and spread quickly before topping with the rest of the Ferrero Rocher.
  • Put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
