Slow Cooker Choc Nibbles Fudge Recipe

Choc Nibbles are the Nibbliest Nobbliest chocolate treats around. The classic Choc Nibbles are the perfect blend of chocolate, caramel and biscuit, making them the ultimate indulgence – and great for adding to a whole array of recipes in the kitchen - like this moreish fudge recipe!

Ingredients

  • 397 ml condensed milk
  • 400 g milk chocolate can be bars or sweet chocolate chips
  • 100 g Choc Nibbles

To decorate

  • 50 g Choc Nibbles

Instructions

  • Break the chocolate up and add to the slow cooker bowl with the condensed milk.
  • Turn the slow cooker on to high and leave to cook for 40 minutes with the lid off, stirring every ten minutes with a wooden spoon.
  • When thick and well combined, stir in the 100g of Choc Nibbles.
  • Pour into a tin lined with parchment paper / baking paper or a silicone baking tray and top with the extra Choc Nibbles.
  • Put in the fridge to set – preferably overnight.
