Peanut Butter Banana Loaf Cake
Our latest creation is a wonderful banana peanut butter cake. It’s quite like a banana bread recipe, so moreish and would be lovely spread with Nutella but is equally as lovely eaten as it is alongside a nice cup of tea.
Servings: 8 slices
- 300 g plain all purpose flour
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 85 g butter or margarine
- 110 g sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3 bananas mashed
- 30 ml milk
- 150 g crunchy peanut butter
Grease a loaf tin or line with a cake tin liner and preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5
Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Mix everything together and pour the finished cake batter into the loaf tin
Bake for 55 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
