Ingredients
100gbutter
175gsugar
2eggs
120graisins/dried fruit
50goats
3bananaspreferably overripe
1tbsplemon juice
300gplain flour
2tspsbaking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven 180C/350F/Gas 4 and line muffin tins with muffin cases
Cream the butter and sugar before adding the rest of the ingredients and mixing well
Divide the mixture between the muffin cases
Sprinkle with a few extra oats
Bake for 25 minutes or until nicely risen and browned on the top
