Lotus Biscoff Flapjacks Recipe
These Lotus Biscoff flapjacks are the perfect sweet treat for any Biscoff fan. Full of flavour, sweet and delicious plus super easy to make too.

- 150 g butter or margarine at room temperature
- 120 g demerara sugar
- 150 g Lotus Biscoff spread smooth or crunchy
- 100 g golden syrup
- 320 g oats
Preheat the oven to 160C/325F/Gas 3 and grease a suitable baking tin.
Put the butter in a saucepan and melt in a pan over a low heat with the sugar, Biscoff spread and golden syrup.
Stir really well to make sure the mixture is melted together and well combined.
Add the rolled oats to the melted Biscoff spread mixture and stir until completely covered.
Spread mixture onto the baking tray and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Slice whilst still warm and leave to cool in the baking tray.
