Ingredients

  • 50 g popping corn per serving. We usually do 100g at a time
  • Spray oil
  • Flavourings - Artificial sweetener salt, cinnamon or whatever else you feel like!

Instructions

  • Spray a large, lidded saucepan with oil - bottom and sides. A saucepan with a glass lid is great for this!
  • Heat the saucepan at full heat on the hob and add the popping corn. Put the lid on.
  • When the corn starts to pop, turn the heat down to halfway. This stops the corn from burning.
  • Give the saucepan a shake every so often.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat when there's a long gap between 'pops'.
  • Sprinkle flavouring over the popcorn whilst still in the saucepan, replace the lid and give it a good shake. Add more flavouring to suit your personal taste.
